We're a busy, independent pizza restaurant in the heart of downtown Salem. We take our food seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and we're proud to serve traditional, vegan and gluten-free options in a place that's colorful, creative and a little weird.
Our busiest days move fast, especially during Salem's fall season. We look for people who are reliable, positive, adaptable and willing to work as a team. You don't need to know everything on day one—we can teach skills. We do expect you to show up, communicate and care about doing a good job.

FRONT OF HOUSE SUPPORT STAFF
Hosts & Food Runners
Our support crew helps keep the whole restaurant moving. You might be welcoming guests and managing the wait at the door, running pizzas and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, or jumping in wherever the team needs you.
This is a great position for someone who is friendly, dependable, comfortable talking to people and able to stay organized when things get busy. Salem in the fall can get very busy, so we're looking for people who can keep their cool, communicate with their teammates and keep moving.

SLICE TENT WARRIORS
Seasonal • October
October in Salem is its own animal. On our busiest weekends, Flying Saucer takes the pizza outside with our slice tent in Lappin Park — and we need a crew to help us keep the slices flying.
Slice Tent Warriors help sell and serve pizza, set up and break down the tent, take payments, keep the tent stocked and organized, and handle a steady stream of hungry Salem visitors. You'll be working outside, on your feet, and moving quickly in a very busy environment.
