We are a smaller but high volume full service restaurant serving pizza, appetizers and salads in a sci-fi media inspired environment and a full bar with beer, wine and liquor. We excel at creative and traditional topping combinations and alternative diets. Fresh dough made in house daily. October is our busiest time of the year, and we’re looking for awesome people to work with us!

POSITIONS
PIZZA MAKER
Job Duties: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner, Follow recipes and presentation specifications, Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently, Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation, Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment, Restock items as needed throughout the shift, Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes.

PREP COOK
Job Duties: We are looking for an ambitious Prep Cook to prepare dough, pizza toppings and sauces, plus chopping vegetables and receiving product. A great prep cook will be quick and diligent and willing to receive constructive feedback. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will also be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team as well as be able to work independently.

KITCHEN EXPEDITOR
Job Duties: We are looking for a competent Food expeditor to help keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the front of house. You will work in a fast-paced environment to get orders out accurately & efficiently. Our expeditors slice all pizzas, build salads, plate appetizers & desserts as well as organize all orders from dine-in to takeout to delivery. You must have enough stamina to be in constant motion and skills to coordinate and organize processes and people.
Ideal Applicant Qualities: Excellent verbal communication is a must. Strong organization skills required. Must be able to thrive in a restaurant’s hectic setting. Attention to detail, cleanliness and accuracy are important. Must maintain high standards. Must work with flexibility in taking on multiple tasks.
